Restoring 32 bit DB2 Image onto 64 bit DB2 database

We are in the process of setting up new servers with 64bit DB2 database. Our current system are running on 32bit environment with 32bit DB2. So, can I restore the database on to the 64bit environment using a full backup image from 32bit environment. Please suggest!

I believe that you are able to restore 32 bit into 64 bit but not 64 bit into 32 bit.
