DB2 Udb v8.2.1 (Linux)

Hi!
I have last version of DB2 client (v. 8.2.5) and I can't use the "configuration advisor" from Control Center.

The DB2 Message is:
SQL4414N The DB2 Administration Server is not active.
Explanation:
The request cannot be processed unless the DB2 Administration
Server is active.
User Response:
Start the DB2 Administration Server by issuing the command
DB2ADMIN START, and reissue the request.

But on the database server I receive this explanation:
ldasdb@linux-db2:~> /opt/IBM/db2/V8.FP8/das/bin64/db2admin start
SQL4409W The DB2 Administration Server is already active.
ldasdb@linux-db2:~> /opt/IBM/db2/V8.FP8/das/bin64/db2admin stop
SQL1042C An unexpected system error occurred.

Thank You!

It appears as if you are connecting to a remote db2 where the database administration services are not active.
