SQLCODE0440 during migrate to 8.1

I have one db on 7.2.12 on Windows named crm3.I am trying to migrate to 8.1
db2ckmig haven't any warning or error.
After installing to 8.1 i have to migrate my db.
20 minutes after
db2 migrate db crm3
i get this error:
SQL0440N No authorized routine named "LOCATE" of type "FUNCTION" having
compatible arguments was found. LINE NUMBER=1. SQLSTATE=42884
Any help will be great
