Hi, is there in DB2 something like dblinks or synonims, to do queries from informix or the opposite?

Connecting to informix databases is part of the
base DB2 installation package version 8.1 and higher

You have to catalog the Informix bases as federated datasources
using a wrapper - and setup some thing in the source Informix
database
