db2mtrk - task manager

we are using db2 udb v8 on windows 2003
when looking at task manager we can see that the instance (db2sysc process) is using 19m.
when running db2mtrk we can see that the instance is only using 7M. Is any other memory taken into account by task manager or should we add db memory to output of db2mtrk ? (-d not avaialable in windows)
Thanks for all info/help
Best Regards, Guy Przytula
