'db2 get authorizations' - getting error on output

v8.2 UDB, Sun Solaris, single node.

Getting this output for any id where I execute command:
Administrative Authorizations for Current User
Direct SYSADM authority = NO
...
Direct CREATE_EXTERNAL_ROUTINE authority = YES
SQL10007N Message "4127" could not be retrieved. Reason code: "4".

Indirect SYSADM authority = YES
...
Indirect CREATE_EXTERNAL_ROUTINE authority = NO
SQL10007N Message "4128" could not be retrieved. Reason code: "4".

Has anyone encountered this before?
