DB/400 Connectivity issue usign .NET

Hi All,
When we try to connect to the AS/400 machine from the .NET , we are facing the problems with error message like LDAP Server Not available.

System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: SQL3269N DB2 was not able to access information in the LDAP directory because the LDAP server was not

So anyone can help me insolving this issue or is there any ways to connect to the AS/400 m/c.
