DB2 on iSeries from SQL Server DTS

I've successfully extracted data from iSeries using the Ole Db provider from Client Access (V5R2) on SQL Server 2000.

However after installing SQL Server 2005 SP1, this doesn't work on either 2000 or 2005 anymore. I'm suspecting the MDAC that comes with SQL Server 2005 to be causing the problem.

What happens is, that I'm able to add a connection to the DTS package and test connection reports success. But when I try to add a data transformation or browse for tables, the SQL Server simply crahses.

Has anyone else seen this and perhaps even a solution ?

Thanks in advance,
Thomas
