Question Auto_runstats configuration question

Hey all,
I've set the following db Cfg parameters for my SAP database:

Automatic maintenance (AUTO_MAINT) = ON
Automatic database backup (AUTO_DB_BACKUP) = OFF
Automatic table maintenance (AUTO_TBL_MAINT) = ON
Automatic runstats (AUTO_RUNSTATS) = ONAutomatic statistics profiling (AUTO_STATS_PROF) = OFF
Automatic profile updates (AUTO_PROF_UPD) = OFF
Automatic reorganization (AUTO_REORG) = OFF

Does anyone know how db2 decides when to start runstats ?

The only reference I can find on IBM is that it's durring "..the optimal maintenance window specified in your maintenance policy definition". Anyone know how I view this policy definition...do I need to use Control center?..Any help with this would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks Brian

Thanks for the quick reply Sathyaran,

Looks like the Control/Heath center gui is what's needed..Was hoping their may be a command line way. Will install and see how it goes

Great! That's what I was looking for..looks like the default is from 00:00 to 23:00 for online maintenance...am going to dial that down some.

If anyone knows if this can be adjusted via the command line that'd be great to know as well (would be supprised if IBM didn't have a way to do this) Using the SAP gui or command line is how I typically admin my sap database landscapes , so am hoping I don't need another interface.

Best reguards
Brian
