DB2 is hanged, only can connect

db2 info :
---------------------
DB21085I Instance "hbbiinst" uses "64" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08025"
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.0.112", "s060429", "U807382", and FixPak
"12".
Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/db2/V8.1".

I think my db2 is hanged ,We can only connect it .But can not do any query ,and can not disconnect also. We input the db2 connect reset command to disconect from db2 but the db2cmd can not return .

We user db2 force command to kill the apps, the db2cmd return success. But infact ,the apps are still exist. We try many time to kill them ,but is seems the db2 force did not work as we wish.

I would suggest to open a PMR with IBM.

It means that you contact IBM DB2 support and open a problem ticket. I do not know what "PMR" means in IBMese.

I believe that PMR is Problem Management Record or Report. You will have to be entitled to support in order to open a PMR. Usually this mean you need a customer number or passport advantage account.
