Discovering DB2 V8 & V9 instances

Hi,

I would like to discover all the DB2 V8 & V9 instances on a server. The db2ilist will either return only the V8 or the V9 instances.

I have looked into the services file but would like to know if there was any other option available to discover all the instances.

Thanks,
- Ritz

The db2greg tools helps read the global registry and get the information for UNIX platforms.

Would like to know if there is something similar for Windows?

Thanks,
Ritz
