UDB 8.2 FP7 OS : AIX

All-

I have got a question about settiup up values for the paramentes IOSERVERS and IOCLEANERS.

I am trying to set the number which is equivalant to the no.of CPUs we had on
the server , which is 8.

But in that box we had 16 instances. So Can i set up the same values for those parameters in all the instances /

Does it have any adverse effect

have a look at online infocenter. there are recommendations for num_iocleaners... (related to storage devices)
