Why db2 instance shows different level?

As a instance owner:
DB21085I Instance "test123" uses "64" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08022"
with level identifier "03030106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.1.93", "MI08_14517", and FixPak "9".
Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/db2/V8.1

As a DAS owner:
DB21085I Instance "test123" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08022"
with level identifier "03030106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.1.93", "MI08_14517", and FixPak "9".
Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/db2/V8.1".

Do I need to do DASUPDT?

You can update the DAS, or (as I prefer) drop it and recreate a new one.
