chaning hostname - db2 8.1.13 windows xp
Hi All,

what files do i need to change if i decide to change the hostname where db2 is installed [i'm using db2 to store Websphere Portal 5.1 configs and data]

i have notice 2 'similar' files INTS_DIR/db2/db2nodes.cfg and ../DB2CTLSV/db2nodes.cfg - [i tried to manually edit this files and they made db2 corrup - but i restored them]

any infor will be welcome

hostname
before changing the db2nodes.cfg always stop db2 and after modif only start db2
db2set -all also displays the systemname - need to be changed also
recatalog system/instance/db in control center also
