Hi,

I applied Fixpack 14 to my db2 8.2 ESE on RHEL 4u4. After that my db2inst1 instance fails to start. If i do db2idrop and then db2icrt it works fine (I hand no databases yet :-) ) except that the instance does not autostart any more (see my previous thread about this problem)
I suppose that there is some command to upgrade the instance, but I don know what...

In the readme.txt that comes with the fixpack, there are a few post installaion steps. One is to update the instance and one is to update the db2 admin server. Please refer to it to find the commands to to this.

I've found dasupdt and db2iupdt that solwed this problem.
