My client has a 100 GB database , it is not easy to restore the database at my end so , I want to create a database with the same structure which my client has, ie: a skelton database with the same tables,sp,views of my client's one.

From the "Online Documentation" web site I sent on the other post, goto Reference-> commands-> System Commands -> db2look

That can build you a script to do everything except the SPs. You will have to do those manually.
