Rexx Db2 Commad

I need to write a rexx exec that will connect to remote system via rrs and then issue a -display buffer command. Can this be done without using IFI or DSN SYSTEM.

I doubt it ...

-DISPLAY BUFFERPOOL is a DSN Command.

Yeah know. I was hoping someone would know of a IBM stored procedure or API. But thank anyway.
