No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019

Dear All,

When i was trying to create Data base in Windows XP, after installing DB2 software i was getting "No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019" problem. Please help me how can i rid off this problem.

open a db2 command window and type db2start or start the service by default db2 (automatic will start the instance after poweron)
