Hi,
How to Start the database Automatically when system get restarted.Iam using IBM AIX and Database verison is 8.1 with ESE

Though the above prameter is set as db2set DB2AUTOSTART=YES, still the database is not automatically started when the server is restarted.

/etc/rc.db2 is the file that is used in the startup time ..
Check with you system admin if the file is executed at startup
