Can we export/transfer(only by using export,move,load) database from one instance to another instance in db2?

You can do a backup and redirected restore, or you can use db2move (which is really an automated export/load operation). See the Command Reference manual for details. If you use db2move, you will need to extract the schema with db2look first, and create the database in the new instance.
