How to log sqlexceptions in db2diag.log on windows

we are running DB2 ESE on Windows 2003 server. At present, the DIAGLEVE and NOTIFYLEVEL are set to 3. I'm not seeing any sql exceptions logged in the db2diag file. Is there a way to log information on non-zero sqlstates or sqlcodes on windows environment?
