does DB2 have a developer edition? I found a video here that claims that there once was one, but the video seems to be somewhat outdated. I can't find the download on the current IBM site:

my google searches for a dev edition download are turning up with nothing.

All I can find on the ibm site are the eval/trial versions which expire after 90 days, which is a pain.

I hope there is a developer edition - I don't have the cash for a full blown license but I would like to develop apps that target DB2.
