DB2 Installation on 64 bit Linux
Is it possible to Install DB2 on 64 bit AMD Linux box with 32 bit DB2 software Image?Is there any work around?
When I try to Install,I get the following message.


An attempt to install DB2 for Linux 32-bit has failed. DB2 installation detected that the system is running Linux AMD64. Obtain DB2 for Linux on AMD64 and attempt the installation again.

I am running on
DB2Version - 8.2
Linux OS - 2.6.9-5

Same problem here going to look into running in a 32bit emulation mode

You cannot install 32 bit DB2 on a 64 bit machine.
