Red face Exporting/Importing IXF data

Dear All,

Good day.

A few months back we were using Quest Central for all our SQL and other database needs in AIX Db2. We have redundant backups of critical SCP tables in IXF format.

The problem cropped up when we shifted to Toad for DB2. I'm wondering if anybody out there knows how to export data in IXF format using Toad for DB2 and also importing IXF files?

I do hope somebody can shed light to this.

Thanks

I would contact Quest support. Be assured that even without a GUI tool, you can export/import from DB2 tables using IXF format. See the Command Reference manual for more info.
