DB2 SP Automatic Termination

We have front-end web applications which call DB2 SP’s stored in Z/OS. Sometimes user closes the application when the SP is running in background. Rarely the SPs continues running in the background without terminating. As I understood this type of running SPs can be terminated using ASUTIME when it exceeds the Maximum CPU time limit given.

How to terminate SPs running for long time when no CPU time is consumed?
