Timeout problem

Hi guys,
I am getting a time out error when querying a db2 database which is on a server that's on the network using Actuate(Reporting tool).Is this a problem(A configuration that i havent made) in db2? If it is, please help me to solve it.The time out issue is only experienced while accessing the database over the network, otherwise when the database is local, there is no problem.

What is the exact error message you are getting? DB2 has several "timeout" errors. Also supply the DB2 version and OS you are using.
