Max. Amunt of columns (DB2 v.8.2)

Hi,

is there a maximum amount of columns in the db2?

It seems that it stops at 500.

Description 4K page 8K page 16K page 32K page size limit
Most columns in a table 500 1 012 1 012 1 012
