DB2 high availability environment

I am looking for some information on How can I setup an active standby in a high availability environment with OS being AIX?

What are the commom problems to deal with an active standby option instead of a passive stanby option? and also how does DB2 Enterprise Edition licensing works in the active standby scenario.
