missing package

I just installed db2 8.1 and fp 8.1.5 on a windows server 2003 machine. during the install database dwctrldb was created with no problem. now that all is installed when i try to crate a database i am getting the following error

db2 => create database GWOLAPP on d: alias GWOLAPP
SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLE2E08 0X4141414141464C54" was not found.
SQLSTATE=51002
db2 =>

can someone tell me how to get around this?? i tried running binds but they say i have to be connected to the database first.

I am not 100% sure, but in Windows, you can only have 1 database per drive.

Like I said, I was not 100% sure.

When did you create the dwctrldb DB, before or after the the fixpack?
If before, did you do the post installation binds on it?

(Sorry I am not a DB2 on Windows person).
