Poor performance on partition 6

Hello,

Linux Suse 2.6 64bit
V8.1 fp13
Multi partition with 8 physical machines.
Each physical machines has 2 partitions each.

When we run a query and this query completes in all partitions quickly except on partition 6 (That is on machine 3).

What would be wrong here?
I checked the data skewness for the tables which the query uses and looks evenly distributed.

What else do you guys think?
