yes I have at a conference, because it was for free.
It is very fundamental : about create table - foreign keys
very basic stuff

I think that everyone who knows SQL and DB2 a little bit should be well prepared to pass the Family Fundamentals exam without further preparation. It may help to know a little bit about DB2 products and their functionality as well.
