We have an DB2 server setup on AIX 5l with DB2 V8.1 UDB enterprise server edition plus Fixpack 14.installed. On client side, we had DB2 Admin Client V8.1 with Fixpack 5 install and everyhting worked fine during the past couple of years. Today, I installed db2 Admin Client Fixpack 14 on the client side, there are error arose.
when I tried to open the DB2 Control Center and login as database user, I got erro SQL1092N "lxw177" does not have the authority to perform the requested command. When I open the DB2 command Line Processor, I got error:"Db2 1015E the command Line processor backend process request queue or input queue was not created within the timeout period.".
when I tried the command editior, I got SQL1042C error, An unexpected system error occured."
Here we have software Active Directory Domain installed on the Client machine, Is there any action to take in order to make the new DB2 fixpack working?
