Strange messages in db2diag.log
|

I have a partitioned (3 servers 6 partitions) DB2 vers 9 fp2 64 bits database.
When I use db2 top or run for example:
db2_all db2 get snapshot for application applid *N0.db2inst1.070823051832 |grep "rows read"
I get this message in db2diag.log file:

Probably not, but if I were you I would check that system time is properly synchronized between the servers.

DBM diaglevel can be changed to 0.

The message is not an indication of any serious problem with
database integrity or database engine stability. The only reason
the message is seen is the addition of some debug code added to
fp14.

Thank you!
I understand that it has something to do with the snapshots, but have not find a fix.
For me there is no option setting diaglevel to 0.
Maybe there will be a fix in a future fixpack.

Could you run the snapshots less frequently? From the description I gather that this would be a solution as well.
