Error while starting DB2 admin service

hi,
When I am trying to start DB2 admin service i am getting error "windows could not start DB2-DB2ADMIN on local computer. Error code - 1042.
Please help

try command window : db2admin start and see error code
check diag.log in admin directory below sqllib
