Can triggers be associated to database?

Hi

We can associate the triggers with tables/view. Is it possible to associate a trigger with database?
If yes, then whats is the procedure for it?

Note:
The requirement is to create trigger for the events genarated by the database(user login/user log off etc).

Thanks

Not in DB2.

In addition, users do not logon to DB2, users logon to the operating system. Users connect to DB2 after they are authenticated by the OS.
