WebSphere Application Server V6 connection to DB2 V8.1

Hii everybody

I am new to WAS and DB2. At presently am trying to connect Websphere Application Server(WAS) V 6.1 on Windows Server 2003 and DB2 V8.1 on Red Hat Linux V 5.

I want to establish the connection between the WAS and DB2.
Can anyone guide me on this .
