DB2v8 Z/OS: What is wrong with this create table/index statements?

Hi all,

Can some expert take a Iook athe JCL and SQL create statement and see if they can tell what I am missing, doing wrong. i have looked at it and getting blurry-eyed.

your schema name need to match either current SQLID of the current user
