Replace log an engine into another db2 engine

Hi,
I've got an online engine under z/OS and every night I unload data to disk and load it to another engine on another machine. this work is time wasting. I want khnow can i replace Log of source engine instead of target engine and start engine and then update all data to last point in log.
Please help me.
Both engine are the same version and the same z/OS version.
