Hi,
I haven't tested this, but usually db2 images are not supported version or fixpack level down the road.

Why would you like to downgrade? Is there any problem in 9.1.3?
Hope this helps,
Grofaty

DB2 Express-C 9.1.3 probably does not exist. They don't issue a new download of Express-C for every fixpack release, although I believe there is a support program for Express-C that costs about $4K per year where you can get fixpacks.

I would certainly try to do the restore, as I doubt there would be a problem in this particular case.

i suspected that a lower level restore will give problem's, but it happened successfully.
Reason for downgrade : Express C not available with FP 3 yet

... and probably never will be. Express C editions doesn't have all fixpacks. Some fixpacks are skipped. There will probably be fixpack 4 or fixpack 5.

But I still say, according to IBM downgrade is not supported. It can work, but it is not supported.
Hope this helps,
Grofaty
