how to kill task center scheduled task

I have a a task schedule in the task center that appears to be waiting for a lock. It is maxing out my memory and cpu. I need to find the application id so I can force/kill the task. How can I kill a task that was scheduled and executed by the task center?

How do I find its application handle? I can run list applications, but I cannot tell which process is the task center job.
