SSL for DB2

I am trying to enable SSL for DB2 V 9.1 fix pack 3 for Windows. I followed the instructions posted on IBM site for enabling SSL (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...w/v9/index.jsp)
but I keep getting:
SQL5043N Support for one or more communications protocols failed to start successfully. However, core database manager functionality started successfully.
I am not a DBA, and have limited experience with DB2 so I am looking for somebody that has succesfully enabled SSL for DB2 V9.1 and willing to guide me through the process.

Thank you!
