DB2 Bind Fails ...

Hello, DB2 connects from windows to an AIX server fine but select fails. When
a bind is attempted, db2cli.lst works fine but db2ubind.lst fails with the following error:

db2 => bind C:\UDBCAE\BND\@db2ubind.lst blocking all sqlerror continue messages
msg1.msg grant public
SQL0001N Binding or precompilation did not complete successfully.
SQLSTATE=00000

db2 server on AIX is at v8.1 fixpak 14

client at fixpak 9:
DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08022" with
level identifier "03030106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.9.700", "s050422", "WR21350", and FixPak
"9".

Appreciate any help.

Thanks
Srini

Thanks for the response. This works on another windows client which is at the same db2 fix and windows version. Also, I mentioned that it works for db2cli.lst and fails for db2ubind.lst. It happens even for fixpak 12.
