Hi,
I have been working with Essbase for 8 years, but I have no clue what would you like to do.
The Essbase cube build process is working like this:
1. load data from RDMS into dimensions to build dimensions
2. load numbered data from RDMS into cube
3. calculate data to upper level
If there is a lot of data, cube rebuild can last several hours. So I don't understand the main idea of replication.
Maybe the way you should do:
1. replicate data from one db2 to another db2 table if this is the case and
2. write Esscmd script to build cube from db2 table.
But when cube is building cube is not accessed.
It would really help if more details would be written.
Hope this helps,
