IBM DB2 UDB for ISeries OLE Provider not found

Installed Client Access for ISeries V5r3, but cannot find the "IBM DB2 UDB for Iseries OLE DB provider" in the datalink properties within excel. Is there somewhere we can download this from, or are we doing something wrong?
