Does anyone have experience migrating DB2 UDBv8.2 to DB2 UDBv9.5?

Question: We are considering migrating our DB2 UDBv8.2 32-bit databases, et al to DB2 UDBv9.5 on a 64-bit machine and would like to invite some comments from those who have migrated to v9.5 and to answers a few
questions:

(1) Can we take our 32-bit v8.2 databases and have those cataloged in version 9.5 64-bit machine?
(2) Are they any issues that we must consider/address before or after the migration?
(3) What are the memory limits on a 32-bit machine and a 64-bit machine? I have not been able to find this information.
(4) Does anyone know of a good write-up/paper that may throw additional information on what we propose to do? I have googled but couldn't find anything that talks about this specifically.

Thanks everybody
