How can I kill active jobs though SQL script?
how can I identify jobs locking a certain object in SQL script?

it is an as 400 vr5 running over iSeries.
I am executing the queries using the iSeries navigator (and the associated ADO.NET data provider).

OK, that was the OS, now what DB2 version are you using?
