db2 fixpak installation

Hi ,
i am trying to applying fixpak 10 on top db2 8.1.7 (8.2) to make it 8.2.3.when i see the log file i see of the softwares are not applied....couldnt understand why they are not applied..

please have a look at the attached log file !

many errors for missing files
has the unpack of the fixpack correctly been done without errors
many files are missing

yaah !! since its aix box i did an ftp

1.ftp
2.open 10.192.25.3
3.bin
4.hash
5.prompt
6.mput *
and i guess tar file will not have any corrupted files .so what should i do

download again the fixpack and re-install
