When was executed db2 deactivate database

Hi,
I would just like to know if some of db2-administrators has made some "special" (brutal) action to DB2. For example stop db2 instance or force all application from database.

I know I can get info about when instance was stopped by command:
db2 get snapshot for dbm | grep "Start"

But how to get info if "force application all" was executed - so to get deactivate db2 time. On this database there was no 'activate database' executed, so forcing all application from database deactivates db2.

My system: db2 v8.2 fp11 on Linux for System z
Thanks,
Grofaty
