Junk characters when loading audit data into tables

Hi friends,

I am noticing some junk characters after i load the audit data into tables generated by db2audit facility.Can anyone help me as to how to get rid of those junk characters
examples:
|db2inst1| instead of db2inst1

|| instead of blank
