Hi all,
i am not able to install db2qp 9 on top of db2 9.1.4a . what should i do to install it ?

You mean besides giving us some more details like platform, error messages, things you tried and so on?

Go for 9.1 Fp3 or Fp5 QP that can be found from your product passport advantage site. You can ask help from your sales folk.
